Default Suspension swap from 95 accord

My buddy has given me his stock suspension from his 95 accord. Very low miles since he had swaped for a lowering kit. Are those able to bolt onto my 93 EX? Springs, and strut?

Even if it would physically fit I don't think it would work right because the 93's weight is different than a 95 so you may have some spring rate issues...

How does spring rate work?

The spring rate won't be off by much. Also, you'd just be swapping stock for stock, there's no point in doing that.

Simply put spring rate is the speed at which the springs compress and re-bound under a load

Currently I have been running on the original suspension components and just put 180k on the car. The reasons I am considering this swap is because, its due for new shocks, and the 95' suspension was given to me for free w/ only 12k miles on it.
