94 & L2r: Please use PM or start a new thread for the engine swap topic. 1 or 2 derails is one thing, but a full convo kills the topic of the thread.

They're notorious for getting your money and never sending you the product. They do have ridiculously cheap prices.... to sucker you in. You're looking to spend $600+ on Tein Basics. Anything cheaper is probably a knock-off, so post the sites here before you pay.

Tein has a spot on their website showing how to tell is a spring is an ebay knockoff of theirs. There have been enough counterfeits reported for them to display that info ..... be warned.

Okay ill check out their website and research it a little more thanx for the help. If you give your money to them dont they have to send you the product? or does it just take them a long time to get it out? Hey L2R, is the type s H22 the one that comes with the red top? and the others come with the black? or how does that work?

They don't necessarily "have to" send the product... I've just hear bad things about them from a lot of people. Search "andysautosport" in my signature and on 6thgenaccord.com, you should get some stories.

Skunk2's I've heard have a fairly rough ride, but are nice. Omni are decent too. I'm not a big expert on coilovers, but as long as they're not sleeve-overs you'll be fine. L2R should chime in and give an opinion, and then probably say something about Zeal's being the best, lol.

Zeals are the best lol, but not as far as ride goes lol something about 800ft/lb/in that gives it a rough ride, and will prob bend every other suspension component, but boy will it handle nice before they are bent.

he was actually talking about the tokicos as i was talking to him in a PM
