Default Tokico HP Series Shocks - r they for a 4cyl?

I noticed on the Tokico shocks they are all saying it is for the V6...I didnt know if those shocks are also compatible with the 4cyl, or what the difference would be in performance.

not sure if the bolt patterns are diff. from the v6 and 4cyl. That might be the reason why.

BTW I donno what gen accord the OP has but if your 4th or 5th gen all the shocks are the same for the 4cyls...not too sure about the v6's tho.

Jmarenda, you don't say what car??

The 1995-1997 V-6 Accords have a whole different engine bay vs. the 4-cyl. Maybe the shocks are not compatible.

1998 & newer, they'll probably fit, but the heavier V-6 would have stiffer springs & shocks so maybe they won't balance nicely with the stiffness of the rear end of the car.

Worth a phone call to the vendor or to Tokico??
