First off, what year is your car and what is your budget?

Provide that info, then we can give accurate suggestions.

If you want something comfortable, Tein Street Advanced.

If you want something sportier, KSports will be good. Or Koni Yellow/Ground Control combo.

Not super harsh, but they will be pretty stiff. If you plan on running aggressive wheels, you will want a stiffer setup because of the reduced shock travel. You will have to sacrifice comfort if you plan on going pretty low.

Teins are meant only to drop the car about 2in....any lower and they are too soft, and you risk bottoming out or damaging the underside of the car.

You will not. Those are full coilovers, which include the everything you need to install.
