on the website I can't fine the size of the new rims on the ex-l v6. I know there 18 but are they 18 8 or 18 7.5? Does anyone jane any idea

 

The OEM 18" are 8" wide and the HFP 18" have an unknown width, either 7.5 or 8

 

Actually the wheels are 7.5 width with a 55mm offset. The TSW rims that I put on are 8 width. You can go anywhere from 61/2 to 81/2 in width with the original tires.

They sure look like it --TSW NOGARO chrome, boy you came up with that quick. I spent hours looking, and you spent about a minute. I must have missed something.

Probably. It's only a half inch difference, quarter inch on each side. It all depends on the tire size and if the tire Honda put on is a little less tahn 7.5, a little more or exactly 7.5. The tire bead can hold it to a certain extent.

 

The info that I posted came from Discount Tire where I bought the rims. The same rim design was used on the Acura and I was reassured by them that they would be no problem. If you have any problem, go to one of the tire stores and ask. They have reams of info on it.

 

sweet, hows ur exhaust loki? im thinking about a exhaust and an intake but maybe just an exhaust. how long did you wait to put it on?

 

I do not know what your exhaust is all about, on my 08 there was the CAT then a muffler then 2 more rear mufflers, ridiculous. What I did was get two new Magnaflow stainless steel universal mufflers with tips that are the same dimensions as the stocks and had the old cut off and the new welded on. I had to get a couple of new pipes bent as the Mags are straight thru and the stocks are not, no big problem.If you are interested the model I got is part number 14814 which is a double wall tube. There is a single wall tube part number 14818. Since I do not have a welder or mandrel pipe bend machine I went to Midas and had them do it to my satisfaction. good luck
