Looking for 19" for a 2005 accord someone offered me a great deal on a set but not sure if they will fit or if they would look horrible. They are 19" axis pentas of a g35 sedan tire size 245/40/19 someone let me know thanks. think offset is 35

 

i realy dont know about tire width and all but i do know that ppl have fit 20" rims on this generation accord i think 19" is the perfect size if you like big rims i think the 20" on the accord looks really tacky only thing i wouldnt want 19" is the cost of tires

19" tires are very expensive....at least 150/tire...300+ if you step into more performance

 

For my 19" RacingHart, I'm using 215/35/19...with offset 42.

For your 245/40/19, off a G35, that seems rather high and a bit too wide.
For our Accords, we should be using 235/35/19. Gives you enough clearance if lowered, plus the width is perfect to match the sides.

Also, offset 35 seems ok...

We just installed Axis Penta on 06 TL, with 235/35/19 Toyo T1R and they look perfectly flush to the panels.

Sounds like the 245/40/19 are for a sedan, no?
But definitely for Accords, 235/35/19 are the way to go.

FYI, if 20"...then you go with 235/30/20.

 

thanks for all the info the only reason why im asking is because they would only be a grand with tires from someone i know and i cant beat it

 

you can get 19" tires from tire rack for $114.00, you can also buy a brand new set of 19" wheels off ebay for $480.00 shipped. check out all your options before dropping a grand.

 

was wondering what is the stock offset for the 05 accord and what options do i have to play with other offset
