I haven't come across anyone with this tire size yet. I have a set of Firestone Wide Oval Indy 500s I'm taking off my other car and would like to fit on the Accord. At stock height I would think they won't rub or anything. Would this affect acceleration? Current tire setup is 205/50/16

I have had ideas of lowering the vehicle no more than 1.5" all around ideally but that's not anytime soon. Should that width be fine even then?

 

I'm running a 17x7" wheel at +45ofst. with 225/45/17 tires and they don't rub, but they're close in the front. The total diameter is about .5" larger than stock, and about .5" wider on either side, so I'd find out how it compares size-wise to the stock wheel using a tire calculator.
