Average price for decent wheels and where to buy

Les Schwabs want $1,700 to put tires and wheels on my Accord.

How about if I buy this from wheelsnext.com ? It seems I can get (4) wheels+mounted tires for $900 at wheelsnext.com.
Have you had any negative experience buying things from wheelnext.com ?

I see on the tire:
P205/65 R15 92H

Also, I am wondering whether this 'silver machined' color is kind of dark and unpolished? I like the wheel shape below, but I am not sure on whether it would look dark and not shiny enough in my pearl/grey/blue car.
