Default wheel

I wanted to know if 2012 18" HFP civic alloy wheels would fit on an 2004 V6 accord and if so would I have to change any sensors

The quick answer is "probably"; I don't know the exact specs for the HFP wheels, but the bolt pattern, hub size, offset, and back spacing is pretty much the same for both cars.

You mean 1012 Civic HPT? I show 17x7 wheels, so the 18" might not be stock? Still, bolt circle etc is the same.

Don't need to change any sensors. The 2012 probably has tire-pressure sensors on those rims, but your 2004 car probably doesn't need them at all.
