Coilover and Wheel questions? (wheels pictured)

I am looking to get a set of Coilovers for my 2016 Honda Accord Sport..does anyone have any know of a good brand to go with? Currently looking at Tein, but I am open to suggestions

Also, Can anyone tell me what wheels these are?
