Default Drum to Disc brakes

I have drum brakes on my 2001 Accord. I would like to convert them to rear brakes. Does anyone know how to do this or a list of parts I will need? I'm sure I can find the parts at a junk yard, I just need to know what parts to salvage off the junked vehicle. Any links to tech pages would be greatly appreciated.

How about you search this site, I just did a full 5-lug and rear disc swap on my 98.

It has been done with 5th gen rear drums and Odyssey front discs.... I'm sure it's possible. Look into Acura rear discs, most likely the TL or RL.
