Eco-Friendly Tire Shine

Eco-Friendly Tire Shine
I had to replace all 4 tires on my '06 Accord last Friday because after a check of the tire pressures, I discovered dry rot on the side walls of 3 of the 4 tires (the 4th one was only 7 months old and was a replacement). The 3 tires that had the dry rot were the factory tires and had over 55,000 miles on them. The replacement cost to get the same Michelin tires was $250 per tire so there was no way I was getting the same tires again on the car. I got 4 new Yokohama tires (same speed rating) for about $140 a piece including the mounting/balancing/valve stem/road hazard warranty). I got the tires at Dunn Tire (anyone here from Western New York would know who they are). My first impression of these tires is that they actually run quieter than the Michelins! I also had a 4 wheel alignment done as well when I had the new tires put on. So I come to find out that the reason for the dry rot on was from a product that a local car wash which will remain nameless, uses on the tires to shine them up after the wash. I was told that this product, (no idea what the name of it is) will shine up the tires but also dry them out. I called Yokohama Customer Service and asked them what they recommend and they said something Eco-Friendly and not to use Armor-All. So I ask you folks on this board, what is a good Eco-Friendly tire shine that will shine up the tires but not dry them out, and also not void the warranty on the tires?
