new rims and tires. will they work

i was thinking of getting new rims and tires on my 1996 accord EX.
rim size 17' by 7.5'
tire size 225/45/17

i was just wondering if anyone had this setup or something similar and if it works good. i dont want it to rub when turning or anything.

It'll be fine. But you'll look like a 4x4 going down the road with no drop.
