Default new tires with bounce problem

This could be me being overly concerned but I just purchased a 17" wheel/tire package with computerized balance. Since I have put them on the vehicle, I have noticed an ever so slight bouncing (almost like a vibration) at approximately 30 mph plus. Is this normal with new/sport tires (ie-wearing in process)? The tires are unidirectional and I made sure they were put on appropriately. Don't know if I was charged for a balance and given unbalanced tires. Anyways, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance anybody.

Hi Member:
Look at the back of the tires and see if the rims have weights on them...also look at the front of the tires and see if the valve stems line up with a mark or maybe a small spot of paint aligning with each other..you may have too get them rebalanced.

Sorry for the delayed response and thanks for the reply. I did find a set of 4 square weights located along the inner hub of the wheel. I did not find any thing that lined up with the valve stim. I don't think it came with centering rings as all I did was take them out of the boxes and put them on the car. Since i've posted I have taken it on the interstate and noticed minimal vibrations at 60-80mph but anything under that I get that annoying vibration. Anyways, I may take it to get rebalanced. Could the tires be accentuating an alignment problem? Thanks again everybody.

I'd get them rebalanced and this time have them remove ALL of the weights
