im lokking to get some nice rims , are the honda rimsbetter than others for our cars, because they are compatible with the suspension. if you buy aftermarket do you need to do anything to the suspension, will the components wear out faster, thats what honda says.

Honda rims of course aremade for Hondas so they are set up along with the Suspension to give you your best ride.

all ive done is put the rims on and window tinting, but that leads me to another question , the rims i put on are black , should i put the old steelies on for the winter so the salt dosent take the paint off the rims ? i live in chicago so its gonna be salty roads for the snow and i dont want to buy new rims every couple of years.

i think if you have hte ability to, it wouldn't hurt!
whatever you feel comfortable with i personally say.. if it's in your best interest to swap them out to make them last longer, then i say do it.

The salt won't take the paint off the rims. Just wash your car off a few times a week, thats what I do.
