Found a good deal on 4 Nissan 2016 Rims with tires from a friend. Just wanted to know would they fit my 2015 Honda Accord exl. I was told they may fit but I’m not familiar with rim sizes and would appreciate the help. My rims are 17 these are 18 and both are 5 bolts

A lot of things have to match... do you know what kind of Nissan they are from?
Bolt circle - 5 holes with the right bolt-circle diameter. Several different bolt-circle diameters are common.
Center hole - several different diameter center holes in the world.
If these are larger then the Accord center hole, that's sorta OK. Can get centering rings or just live with the PITA of installation.
Diameter & width - 18x7 inch or 18x8 inch or whatever?
Offset - that's how far inboard or outboard the wheels sit from their own mounting flange. Often the offset is cast into the rim somewhere around the inside or on the inside face of one of the spokes. Say for example 18x7 is on a spoke, and ET35 is on another spoke - being 35mm offset.
Larger offset puts the tires further inboard, where they could rub on shocks or on the inner fender liners.
Smaller offset puts the tires further outboard, where they could rub on the fenders.
Diameter, width, & offset have to be considered over the extremes of steering and suspension travel. So if you already bought those, you can try it. But try it carefully at first, and listen carefully as you steer and work the suspension.

I did a little looking for my own curiosity and you're more likely to be OK if they came from a Maxima (vs an Altima).
Same bolt circle of 5 x 114.3mm. This is often called 5x114 but that's just roundoff because I'm not sure a true 5x114.0 even exists.
Nissan has a larger center bore (66.1mm vs 64.1mm) so you need to allow the lug nuts to do the centering. Don't tighten any of them until they all are spun in and seated.
Nissan tends to have a larger offset, so the wheels will be set inboard a bit. Check whether the inboard sidewall of the tires are rubbing against anything, especially during sharp steering.
If they came from an Altima, then the narrower width and larger offset will place the wheels even further inboard. The smaller tires of an Altima might not rub, but when you replace them with more correct size for your Accord that's when the inboard sidewall might rub against something.
