First off I would probably suggest starting a new thread for this question so you'd get more answers but none the less. Your offset should be at minimum about +40 or +45 the higher offset you go the more the rim moves out and this allows you to get wider tires, to high of an offset and to wide of a tire and they will stick out. I can't recall for certian (there was some discussion about this last week) but I believe on a 2000 accord if you went with a +45mm offset and a 60 series 20 inch tire that will bring the rim and tire nearly flush with the outside of the fender well. Much bigger than that or a higher offset and they are going to stick out. Just confirm this with whoever you order the tires/rims from and they should know as well.

how about a 225/30R20? That throws off your speedo by about 1.45% but gives you an additional 2-3 inches width. Then just decide what you want for an offset. You need a 7.5-9 inch wide rim for that tire.
