Please Help -- Will these wheels rub?

2007 Honda Accord EX Coupe V6

Front Wheels:
19 x 8.5 (offset 35)

Rear Wheels:
19 x 9.5 (offset 35)

Tires:

Front:
225/40/19

Rear:
255/35/19

you will have to put spacers for the rear ones, and bend the fender and ton of body work for a regular guy...

(not really a ton, but tedious body work, yes)

I have a 2005 accord. I put 20s on it and the rear tires did rub I couldn't even put anyone in my back seat. So I had to get fillers and lift up the back. They are very cheap it cost around 15$ and I even got it at pep boys and did it myself. Good luck with everything.
