Default Replacment tires for 03

I have an 03 Accord Coupe EX. My stock 205/60R16 bridgestones are worn out. i found a brand new set of continental tires that are 215/60R16. I'd be placing these new tires on the stock 16" ex rims. Anyone see a problem going from the 205 to the 215 width? They are an excellent deal, so id like to buy them if they will fit.

Thanks all.

Google "tire calc" and check the difference between the factory tire size on the door jamb to the ones you want to buy. I compared the ones you have to the ones you want and you're right in the middle with sizes; 215/60R16 is a little bigger and 215/55R16 is a little smaller than what you have. You won't have any problems getting those tires, just that when you're speedo reads 60MPH you're really going 61.1MPH.

Yep 205 and 215 are the width of the tire in millimeters, so half a centimeter on each side won't hurt a thing.

You're welcome! I hope you enjoy your new tires!
