Default snow chains (cables)

I installed cable "chains" on my 2000 Accord Coupe V6 on a recent trip to the mountains. These use rubber bands to tighten them, and the permanently damaged the spokes of the wheel where the tensioners rode on the spokes.

What brand cables can I buy next so this won't happen?

Tough question to answer here, only if someone else has ever used some brand would they be able to answer that for you..

Good luck on that question...WheelBrokerAng [sm=americanasmiley.gif]

i believe those put more wear on the tires anyways, you should try checking out some all season radials that are rated high for snow
