spare tire for honda accord 1994 LX 4D Sedan

Hi guys! I just bought a spare tire.

It's a donut, size is T105 / 70D14 , 4 lugs.

Does this tire fine or okay to use for a spare tire incase of emergency?

Please help!

Just make sure the lug pattern is 4x114.3

Otherwise, it seems fine.
