The short answer: Apexi Rev & Speed Meter

Longer answer:
Assuming that your stock tire size was 195/65-15, your speedo reads 60 mph when you are going 54.3 mph. 9.5% off.

The better option is to get new tires sized at 225/45-17 (actual 60.0 mph) or 205/50-17 (actual 60.2 mph).

For sizing tires when upsizing rims, use this website to see what will happen to the speedo: http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
