What is the proper way to accurately check tire pressure in cold weather ? ?

Wow, that was blunt lol. Check the tires when they are cold, meaning you haven't driven on them for a while. PSI should match the numbers on the door jamb.

 

I didn't mean anything by it I guess it's just too early in the morning for me still.
