You know guys if you find some silver/chrome wheels you like, you can take them to an experienced painter and have them paint certain spokes/parts of the wheels green or blue. Thatd be sexy and unique

im just always scared of bad results on painting rims..it would suck if they are ruined afterwards

Never! If they screw up just make them media blast them and then powder coat or paint them whatever you want.
