I was looking at these wheels on ebay

What I am looking to do is put 17" wheels on the car but keep the mph very close to the same so I need to knwo what tires I would need to get on these if I were to get them.

Also I want to push the wheels out a little on the car so it doesn't look funny from behind. I would like the tires and rims to come out almost even with the car so I need to know what offset I would need to get on the wheels to make this happen.

Has any one heard of Evoke wheels and are they good or ok or just crap?

Also the last thing is where is the best places to shop for wheels and or tires?

If you want your wheels/tires to look beefier get atleast a 7.5 or 8" width
