alright guys sorry didn't have time to look through all the posts just got a couple quick questions which factory wheels will fit on my 1996 honda accord 4 door lx also i know there is a calculator on there but what specs do rims need to be i am going for 17's but remember also what factory wheels will fit the accord thanks

 

your bolt pattern is 4x114.3 so as long as the lugs fit it will work, you'll want a 40-50mm offset too.... 215/40R17 tires should be a near stock diameter tire to wrap those rims in....

 

Sir_Nasty got it in one. I have a 94 with 17x7 inch wheels, I believe the offset is 42, or close to it. My tires are 225/45/17, but 215s will work great as well, thats what I had on here before. Unfortunately, Im pretty sure Honda didnt start using 17 inch wheels from the factory until after they had changed to a 5 lug pattern.

didn't the acura run 17's that will fit around those years?

 

After looking thru my manuals and data disc's Ive come to the conclusion that no Acura models had 17" rims back then, not untill
the year of 1999 on the NSX did they come out with a OEM 17" wheel..sorry about that..

Was that NSX wheel a four or five lug, WheelBroker?

 

On my 99 Accord I am running a MSR 080 17" wheel wrapped in Yokohama YK520 225/50r17 's. They fit like a glove, but in extreme cornering I experience slight rubbing on the rear fender wells. I mean very, very slight rubbing. I am going to just try and stiffen up the ride with sway bars and strut tower bars. Probably a better fitment w/ out modification would be the 225/45r17.

That wheel in 1999 was a sharpe butt lookin wheel back then, it was a 17 X8 1/2, 5 lug x 4-1/2 and it was avaiable in Silver, Chrome and White as an OEM wheel.
Seven spokes with a slightly dished center and get this Folks, I (They can stiill ) be bought for around $1188.00 EACH Retail.
