will steel 13" wheels fit the front of a 95 accord?

my buddy has some slicks that i can have but they are 23x8x13. i need to get a 13" wheel. i dont know if it would clear the brakes. has anyone else done this? thankS

Don't think they'll clear the calipers. Try to put em on anyways though. You'll find out when you go to torque down the lugs.

Even if they do clear the calipers, I haven't seen anything smaller than 14" with a 4x114.3 bolt pattern.
