attaching bolts are drilled. Probably good idea to try move the locking cams any way you can before drilling.

071c lower cam must move downward to release upper cam which holds door striker. If lower cam or its spring are jammed it may take a lot of force to move it.

070a1 when lower cam moves downward it releases the upper cam. If the upper cam or its spring  is jammed.... shaking/pulling the door may release the striker
