94 lx rear upper strut

hi, i'm interested in getting a megan racing rear upper strut for my 94 accord lx. i'm wondering if it will fit w/o much modificaton. the reason i'm asking is because when i looked in the trunk it looked very tight in by the strut towers. also do i need to get some kind of mouting kit like advertised in tasauto's website
