hello all, just wondering how i can get my car to rev higher, and i know i might need a cam to max out the performance of having a higher rev limit...how much are the cams? i have a 4cyl ex 01 coupe... i think it would be cool to rev up to 8k like a s2000
but just wanted to inform myself first....

by my house we only have a 1/8 mile track to race on.... top speed reached is way before the speed governer anyways....but i guess that wouldnt hurt to find out about that too.

im sure its in the tune, but its there for a reason. why do you want a higher rev limit? what is your rev limit?

rev limit is at some point between 6 and 6700rpm, higher rev limit will make my car shift after a normal (american, or other) car will shift getting a little boost while they shift, then when after i shift my car will be at the max torque spot (4k) ready for the next stretch on the rpms

I believe you must remove the computer and send it off for any modifications. I doubt the cost of the mods would substantiate the gains, if any.

OK, I was responding to the thread title ...... I've been in the office for almost 12 hours now.
I don't have the same engine, so I never researched it to that extent, but I'd imagine that Toda has what you want. I'll look tomorrow if you haven't by then .... too tired right now, sorry.
