Default Air Mix motor

I've had problems with temperature control and the diagnostic test shows the problem is the driver's air mix motor. I've seen the exploded parts view on HondaPartsCheap website but don't know where to look for the motor on the vehicle.

Is this a backyard mechanic fix or a dealership thing?

Thanks for any advice/help.

If you are sure the motor is bad, replacement looks straight forward?

Remove the lower dash cover, ~four bolts and a elect connector.
