How so I fix speedometer?

Okay fixed the hose mix up hoping it would fix the issue. Well it did not. The hose is fine by the way PA Honda. I also got a code 43 now. What does that mean??

A code 43 is for fuel supply. Usually a sign of a bad/lazy O2 sensor,
