Default 2001 Accord v4 EX ,hesitate , D4 flashing, P0700/P1456/P0780

I have 2001 Accord EX v4, 130K Miles, the problem happened recently when the weather turns cold (I'm in northeast). when the car started, even with 5 minutes warm up, the car is "choked" when speed up (from gear 1/2 to 3) at the beginning, the engine is running but the car hardly moved, usually after one choke, everything is back to normal. yesterday, somehow, the D4 is start flashing during the choke and engine light is on. After I restarted the car, everything is fine again but the engine light remains on. So I went to Autozone and get the code P0700/P1456/P0780, looks like Transmission related, any idea?

The P1456 is due to a loose gas cap. See if the rubber o-ring is worn or torn.

The P0700 and P0780 are problems with the transmission that were common in 98-02 accords. Your transmission is likely on its way out.

Thanks.
You guys are right, the transmission is bad, the HONDA does not want to cover the cost, said my car is out of warranty (127000) and the dealer quoted 3500 for the replacement. What should I do, continue driving until the last mile or fix it (not sure, the new one will last how long)

Driving the car until it quits on you would not be a wise decision to go by..might leave you in much trouble out on the highway some where's.

Called HONDA Goodwill Service Center 1800-999-1009, it does not work out, guess I have too many miles on my car. Also found out my transmission has already been replaced around 60000 miles 4 years ago by the dealer, what a surprise, another 60000 miles,it's broken again!

So far, as long as I warm up the car for 10 minutes until the Engine Temperature point to the middle, I feel little hesitate when I speed up.
I will keep doing that while looking for a new car.

Thanks again for the help.
