Default 2011 Honda Accord: Exterior Scratches

I bought a 2011 Honda Accord 3 weeks ago and I can't help but notice that more and more scratches keeps appearing on the exterior paint. I understand one slight nick on the front spoiler, which was probably from a stone, but I just found three scratches on the right fender. I am very careful washing the car and I always park the car away from other in parking lots. Could these scratches have already been there when I bought the car? I did check the car before delivery, but not close enough to find small scratches.

How small we talking here? Are the scratches on forward surfaces (i.e. can they be from "sand blasting" from road debris)?

Anything is possible... but when they ship the cars over the road, they are generally protected by a film layer until they arrive.

Front scratches can be avoided with the investment of a clear bra. I have had one on my last two cars (including my current Accord) and they work as advertised. You can have a full frontal installed for about $600 here in St. Louis, including headlight protector film.
