Berrnard... Hope you don't mind me asking, what was the aprox cost of the parts and labor?
Thanks

I realize that the only advantage to the LED strip is looks... but hey, that can be a good thing, right?

After this thread was started and I replied... I was outside and decided to turn on the lights of my Accord (2015) LX Sport... it does not have the LED strips, of course, however there is a light inside the lower housing that causes those lower (not the fog lights) strips to illuminate

Could the leds not be wired to the original drl and then you wouldn't have to buy another module? Do you now have two modules to run drl's? And did you have to remove the whole headlight panel to install the leds? Any information appreciated.

probably but i didnt want to cut into my oem harness. i just took the fuse out of the normal drl so just these come on now but i still have use of my high beams.

i just dont use the little t10 socket now.

i slid them in the hole and closed it off with dope i got at ace hardware to seal the housing. it's what hvac guys use on ducts, it's clay like pliable stuff.

Hello, I'm new to the forum and I have a quick question.

I just bought a 2014 Accord EX coupe 4 cylinder and I don't like the fact it doesn't have led under the lights.
I found these Spyder Auto | Honda Accord 2013-2015 4DR Projector Headlights - Light Bar DRL - Black and it says its for a 4dr.
Is there a difference between them?
Does anyone know if they would work?

@berrnard how difficult was it to switch out the led strip? I have a '14 accord sports and switched out the headlights for some LED lights already but the strips look pretty nice too.

really the only hard part was lining up the leds to be straight. once in, i sealed the opening with ducting putty. its like 4 bucks at a hardware store for a big brick.

and then i used a DRL module i got from ebay and took out the normal DRL fuse from the panel under the dash.
