Are 3A brand racing seats good?

Although I have never heard of them before, a quick search has lead me to believe they are not good quality. They might be fine just for looks, but i wouldn't expect any performance out of them. And I can say with confidence they more than likely aren't SFI rated there for you cant use them for racing.

I assume you are interested in them because of their cheap price. What I would do in that situation is try to find a used sparco seat or something that originally retailed in the $400 range. You should be able to find something decent used for $200 or so.

Well yeah thats why my friend wants them because he can get a pair for $200. I have corbeaus in my car.
