Default 94 Accord Rims

I am thinking about plasti-dipping my rims on my car since they are so beat up. My friends are 50/50 on whether i should or not, due to the color of my car. any opinions will be greatly appreciated. Also I plan on tinting the windows in the next few weeks with 20% tint. I feel like with tint the rims would look better black.

Can't say that I've seen that one before?

Got any close up shots of the damage on the rims currently?

If you dont have $500.00 for new rims, how about $375.00 for new rims.

Not bad. How do you like the outcome? I dipped my rims a few weeks ago and they still look great. I would recommend getting some glossifier and put about 5 coats on your wheels.

I have a '04 Accord EX and i've dipped my rims, emblems and my front grill.

How much does it cost to dip your rims? You can also have them sprayed with a urethane clear coat or with a clear powder coat. The urethane will give you a smoother finish but powder coat us more durable. It would cost about $300 either way.

Well if you really want to get to it, I'll say about $70? Thats a rough estimate of the price of 4 cans of plasti dip, 3 cans of glossifier, and a bottle of rim cleaner. If you don't get the glossifier, you can cut the cost down to $30-40.

Its good to note that plasti dip will cover up some road rash giving you a much smoother look. Its easy to clean and any poorly done or messed up areas can always be resprayed.
