Default Avoiding "JDM blinker mod" aka Hyperflash with LED signals - 8.5gen

Hey all,

I'm looking at simple ways to integrate LED lighting into a cleaner, crisper look for my 2012 Accord Coupe EX. I'd really really really like to avoid adding resistors to each circuit if I can, but I don't want to deal with hyperflash on my signals if I do. I know for some cars, there are options for a new signal flasher relay which is designed for LEDs, but I haven't found any that work with the 8.5gen Accords yet. Has anyone out there found a replacement flasher relay for the newer Accords? I guess, worst case, I'll just have to wire in resistors, but ugghhhhh. Haha.

Thanks, guys!

The 8th generation Accords do not have a turn signal/hazard relay. The turn signal/hazard flasher circuit is built into the the driver’s multiplex integrated control unit (MICU). The driver's MICU is built into the under-dash fuse/relay box.

Well, that would explain why I can't find any info on them. Oy. Resistors, it is, I guess. Haha. Thank you!
