Well I don't know if they make aftermarket clusters?? You could paint the cluster part itself. You could also definately buy new gauges (maybe white face gauges). Just go on ebay and type in you cars year, make, and model and then gauges. (example- 1999 Honda Accord gauges) or gauge faces. GOOD LUCK

If the middle one is the complete cluster (not sure)then it should have plug-ins in the back that fit your 99 plugs. You could look up the seller on Ebay and ask them.I'm pretty sure you just unplug the old one and plug in the new one. Ihave taken thecluster outof my 99 before to replace some bulbs and it's really simple. Here's the steps::

1. Take the two screws out of the top of the plastic cover surrounding the cluster.
2. Pull that plastic piece out (may have to do a little prying with a flat-head screwdriver).
3. Remove the4 bolts holding in the cluster.
4. Pull cluster out and undo the plugs.

Let me know how it goes.

Great directions right? I surprised myself!!
