Default Window Tint

We are most likely going to purchase a 98 coupe ex. But the back window and the 2 small side ones have the cheap window tint that bubbles. Anybody know how hard it is to get it off. Can i do it or do i have to have professionals do it. If the pros have to do it anyone know a price.

Thank you

I have been thinking about removing the bubbled up tint from the back of my wife's 95 Accord. I found a link that may be helpful:
http://www.autodetail-school.com/win...t-removal.html
I haven't tried it yet, but if I do I'll let you know.

removing the tint on those bubbled up windows are a pain. It is possible however, i know from experience. The accord that i bought had all the windows bubbled, talk about a fun Saturday morning project and sore arms. If you have patience then i say do it yourself and save the money. And if you are going to retint them, then you dont even have to be super clean about it. Just take it to the professionals to have it retinted and they will have to clean it off good to put the new tint on. Good luck!
