Couple of questions from a newb

Ehhhhh. I'd stay away from Ebay if you're looking for parts that are above-average. I know they have "Buyer Protection," but the seller will often make the part sound much better than it is. And sending a piece back and forth gets troublesome.

Thanks bro, But now I'm looking at buying one from a Honda accord parts site I cant remember what its called but I'll link later it came with precut holes for fog lights so thats a plus I wanna take a picture and link you after all this is done so you guys can see and tell me what you think.

I finally got it done. Went to a body shop and in two days they put on the bumper, removed the dents in the fenders, painted the front bumper and the fenders, buffed the entire car, and restored the headlights so now my HIDs are even brighter for $550. I think that was great deal. I'll post pics in the morning if you guys care.
