Unhappy Dealer replacing B-Pillar wants to replace Door trims as well. Should I be worried?

I just bought a NEW 2012 Accord Coupe EX this past weekend. There were couple things wrong with it and I made them write it down at delivery:

1. Small scratch on back window (they replaced the glass)
2. Smudges on right b-pillar (they planned to replace the B-pillar)

For #2, they decided to replace the B-pillar. Now, they just called me and told me that while replacing the B-pillar, the trims had to be moved away, so they told me that they have to replace trims as well. Otherwise, they will appear bent.

Should I be losing sleep over this? The car is brand spanking new, only 7 miles when I got it and it only has 24 now. I am wondering if this is a normal procedure ?

Thank you.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say replace b pillar for "smudges". Did they repaint it?

And as for the trim I can attest that a lot of the exterior trims on the windows and doors when it gets removed there is no way to do so without bending it. I reused it on mine car, but you can tell it has a slight bend to it, so replacing it isn't a bad idea.
