Just got my new 2008 Accord Coupe a few weeks ago and love it. Though I have 1 question. Is there a way to turn down the horn sound when hitting the lock button on the keychain? Its the most load and annoying sound for a car lock i have ever encountered!

Any help would be great.

 

Are you hitting the lock button once, or twice? Granted, my Accord is 10 years older, but on my remote one hit locks, two hits locks and signals w/ the horn.

Why not simply lock the car w/ the switch on the door when you leave it?

 

basically your options are:

Eliminate the horn beep from the alarm system completely, not even in panic mode.
Install a different horn
