Thank you so much for the information.
It's been a while since you have posted and I had logged in...
Could you explain one more thing?
Which are the trigger and load side among those four plugs?
And how do you connect the switch?
I have installed the JDM fog lights but didn't come with wiring.
Can I just get wires from Radio Shock and get the swtch from Honda and wire them?
Thank you again.

that's what I'd do: button from Honda and forget about how they want you to wire it.

The acc power lead would go to the button in the car, then from the button to #85 or 86 in the picture and the other goes to ground.
#30 gets the fused connection to the hot battery lead and according to the diagram, 87 goes to the lights (it's usually the 87A, but it's based on the diagram ..... the node that is normally open and powered closed is the lead to the lights)

For the battery and lamp leads, you should use 16 AWG or better ..... or just use 16 for the whole install. Also, a 15A fuse. That gives you enough juice for about 150 Watts.

Thank you so much, Falcore.
Do you think I could use fog light wiring kit from eBay?
This is for Piaa, but do you think I can use them for stock fog lights and switch?

I don't think a wiring kit is necessary .... just some 16 ga. wire, a relay and an inline fuse. You can buy all of the stuff at RadioShack.

why not just run the power lead off the low beam hedlight lines? Do you think that'd be to much of a draw and pop the fuse? Then it will come on with the low beams and off with the high beams...

I'd go with the lowbeam idea with the relay .... using the lowbeam as the trigger. If he wants the fogs to double as running lights, then he needs the trigger from an acc lead.

Thank you for the answer...If you connect to the low beam, you wouldn't be able to control it alone, would you?
And it would stay on with high beam, wouldn't it?
I keep my lights on all the time...mine has no DRL so just keep them on...
Anyway, wiring to the low beam sounds easier job.

If your lowbeams stay on when you turn on the highs, then the fogs will also be on. If you decide to do all of the wiring under the hood, I'd at least recommend that you put a switch on the power lead from the battery. That way if there is a problem in the future, you can isolate the fogs from the headlights ..... I guess the inline fuse could do this also ..... I'd put a Honda fog light switch in the cabin.
