Nope, you dont have to remove the bumper. All you really need is a screwdriver and some tin snips, but you dont have to have them. You can install the grille in about 10 minutes.
The Type R emblem is just a sticker, when you get the grille it wont be on there, so keep it off if you dont like it, or stick it on if you do!

19Accord97, you got ur Grill from Ebay? Where else can i get it (i really have an issue with Ebay)
And i think im a little confused. What would changing the grill be? I know the mesh is the fence-looking-like material. And the grill is...the front part of the car? I insert mesh in grill? But if i replace the grill i am...??
