head lights ?

Hey guys, if I got a set of projector head lights and they are black/blue(ion), what would i need to make the actual lighting blue that comes from the head lights?

The blue comes from the projectors that have the blue lens. Youll see some have either blue or clear. Then some light bulbs with the blue hues will help even more.
