Default head lights and interior lights flicker

i have a 99 accord v-6 with intermittent lights both headlight brake and interior flickering like a strobe light effect idle drops about 200-300 rpm's had battery, alternator, grounds,and fuses checked at two garages and now am off to the dealer funny thing is when the heater blower motor is running the problem goes away . any advice much apprieciated thinking switches or ecm module also maybe belt tensioner

Sounds like a ground problem, but he says the grounds were checked. RamRob, check the ground wires on your car. Also, let is know if it's a 72 Pinto or an Accord of some sort. Some of us on here might help you find all the ground points if we knew what car.

How can I found that out? It's a 99 EX v6 sedan.

RamRob - Exacly what lights are you having issues with. Just want to be sure you are having the exact same issues as described by the OP.

My headlights and dash cluster. In park and in drive(any gear) the flicker noticably all the time non stop. I didnt hook up an aftermarket stereo yet and i have been holding off on an hid kit because i dont want them flickering.

Check the connection for G401, here is a pic for the '99 v6. Remove and clean the wires and see what you have from there.

Didnt have time yet to check the g401 yet. Will have time friday but what i did notice today was that they dimmed really bad.on top off the flicker when i used my power windows. Also when the car is off and the lights are on they are fine no flicker.
