yea basically my question was/is, if i get the halos will the light color already be blue, or will i have to get different bulbs to make it blue? haha sorry for the confusion

 

Oh, yeah the halos will only allow blue light to pass through if you get the blue lens ones, white lens ones are different. I dunno what the light output will be like; with 8000K HID's the light is blue, so you get all, let's say 1,000 Lumens worth of light. With a blue lens and a 1,000 Lumen halogen, the lens will filter out all other colors of the spectrum and only allow blue light through, so, since white light is a mixture of all colors, but mostly yellow and blue, your 1,000 Lumens will decrease to 500 or so.

Retrofit is the best way to go with projectors, Aftermarket projectors tend to be more thicker, thus emitting less light than you actually putting out. When i first got my accord,it came with the ebay TYC's..looked horrible. Went back to the oem look.

 

I think the eBay projectors are made out of polyurethane, whereas factory projectors are glass.

 

how about suggestions for 1993 honda accord? what's a nice color? my accord is color green.

 

I personally just like white, which is why I run 5000K low beams.
