I was wondering if i could put StreetGlow Headlight Strobes on to my 2003 honda accord. Or, would putting brand new projector headlights in be easier? Do you have to take apart the whole bumper? And, wouldn't that affect my lighting quality though? I have the sylvania silverstars and i would go any dimmer than what they are. And, how do you even control the projectors with the halo rings. Do you have to install a switch to control the halo rings? Please let me know. Thank You.
