Default HID's for Projectors

I have the following headlights for my '01 Accord:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...%3D%26_fvi%3D1

and I'd like to put some HID's on them. In the auction it states that the bulbs are too big for the projectors. I tried to google to see if someone has been able to use HID's and sorta found something. Someone with an RSX has the similar type of projector lights and regular HID bulbs for that vehicle are the H1 and won't work, but someone else mentioned the H3 will work (not on high beam though which I don't mind). I know my low beam lights are 9006, so if those are too big, what could I use? Is it possible? Thanks.

well it doest say, HID kits are not compatible with those lights on the ad.. so idk .. guess your stuck on that one.. should of just done a retrofit if you wanted projectors with HIDs .. costly but its worth it ;D

They will melt your housing.

I looked into it multiple times.

Thank, gonna have to deal with it. THey're bright enough, but I would have liked HID's. Oh well. I'm facing more serious problems anyway. Horn, brake lights, wont work and the car won't get out of park....vehicle drives like its starting in 2nd gear, and d4 is flashing. Ugh
